Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational results for R&D and manufacturing activities
Support month-end close, including invoicing, labor reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries
Maintain inventory ownership and standard costing updates
Support capital appropriations and fixed asset accounting
Develop reports through data extraction and analysis
Provide quarterly and annual tax reporting support
Support SOX compliance and internal control requirements
Perform ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong Excel skills; experience with cost accounting preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred
MBA and database querying experience a plus
