Arcfield is seeking motivated summer interns to support a range of technical, acquisition, and programmatic tasks in support of intelligence collection programs. Interns will contribute to real-world projects that have a direct impact on national security while gaining valuable industry experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to team objectives and organizational goals

Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

Analyze and develop system architecture and design

Work in a software development team coding applications and tools

Contribute to agentic AI model development and implementation

Support data collection, processing, and analysis activities

Participate in integration testing and verification procedures

Help develop technical documentation and system specifications

Support risk identification, management processes, and validation of project deliverables

Present project findings and accomplishments at the end of the internship

Required

Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, related-STEM, or business program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Available to work the duration of the ten weeks and commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week in person in Chantilly, VA

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Have the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI Poly security clearance
