Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping
Act as a coach-style leader —drive accountability, morale, and performance
Plan labor, priorities, and workflows to support rapid growth
Oversee big-box retail fulfillment, including routing guide and compliance requirements
Use KPIs and reporting to make smart staffing and operational decisions
Improve processes, layout, and systems to increase throughput and accuracy
Partner closely with leadership in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading teams in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations
Strong people leadership—motivating, direct, and hands-on
Comfortable with data, metrics, and operational decision-making
Experience with big-box retail shipping (Walmart or similar)
Familiarity with routing guides, SPS Commerce, or WMS platforms (ShipHero or similar)
Thrives in growth, ambiguity, and ownership-driven environments
