Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources for IAM initiatives
Manage the full project lifecycle of IAM solutions (e.g., Identity Governance, SSO, MFA, PAM)
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers
Act as the primary liaison between security teams, IT, business units, and external vendors
Lead stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
Ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions effectively
Support the implementation of tools like SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, or equivalent
Oversee user provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control, and access reviews
Coordinate testing, change management, and go-live activities
Monitor project compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Support audit and certification efforts related to identity governance and access controls

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
8–12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years managing security or IAM-related projects
Proven success in leading IAM or IT security projects from inception to delivery
Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, access control, and governance
Strong project management skills using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Working knowledge of IAM platforms and technologies
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple vendors

Preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, One Identity, CyberArk)
