FreeRange Concepts is seeking a seasoned production manager to oversee the management and execution of all entertainment production needs for The Rustic and their additional concepts in the DFW area. The role involves advancing production needs for events, troubleshooting sound issues, and coordinating with artists and the sales team.

Responsibilities

Advance production needs for public and private events
Troubleshoot any issues and continue fine-tuning the overall sound of the room with the cooperation of our equipment partners
Act as a sound engineer as needed for a variety of live music. Both public and private events
Work closely with the sales team to estimate the costs of additional equipment and labor needed during the planning phase of all private events
Schedule any additional labor and equipment rentals needed for all live music and private events while staying budget-conscious
Act as the main point of contact with the artist for ticketed live music and coordinate needs with the General Manager
Work closely with the General Manager to create the desired atmosphere by maximizing the use of in-house and stage sound systems

Required

In-depth knowledge of live music audio production
3+ years of experience as a Production Manager in a 500+ cap room or 2+ years of experience as a touring Production Manager for a full band
Basic knowledge of stage lighting, in-house restaurant AV networks & electrical
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Available on various nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Available for limited travel to other FreeRange Concepts stores
