Lotto.com is the first digital platform for ordering official state lottery draw and scratch games. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for hiring great people and enabling employee growth while building a diverse and inclusive team across various departments.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Lotto.com culture, mission, product, and strategic direction to create a compelling employer brand

Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and proactively translate that into positive candidate experiences

Draft job descriptions to fit all position specifications and qualifications

Manage job postings across the Applicant Tracking System, careers page, and various other job boards

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications

Perform initial phone screenings of candidates; providing more detailed information about the role and gauging candidate experience for the position

Lead candidates through the entirety of the Hiring process including scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience for the candidates

Ensure all screening, hiring, and candidate selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Build Processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come

Perform reference checks as needed

Assist in the onboarding process of new employees
