Senior Associate, Events Coordinator

The Senior Events Associate will be responsible for the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events, and will assist in managing logistics, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities
Support the Events Team in the management Marketing and Sales events, webinars and presentations
Assist in planning and executing large corporate events, including venue selection, attendee RSVP tracking, and day-of logistics
Assist in managing vendor relationship and inventory for marketing and sales colleterial online database
Provide administrative and executive support for the Marketing and Sales teams
Provide assistance with project management and results reporting
Assist in communications with external vendors
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
1 year of event planning experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion
Presentation creation and editing experience
Strong customer service and organizational skills; detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare presentations
Document management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
