Responsibilities
Expand market presence and bookings related to Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications
Serve as the go-to technical expert for Sales and Commercial Operations when specifying products
Collaborate with Commercial Operations to define application guidelines and optimal technical/commercial solutions
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to develop or customize products, including required certifications
Support Sales teams with vendor list inclusion and RFQ readiness
Develop insights and recommendations related to market-level pricing and service requirements
Analyze competitive offerings and identify differentiation strategies
Develop and deliver training materials to improve organizational knowledge across functions
Collaborate globally across regions and departments
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in anti-surge valves and severe service applications through education and/or experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related roles
Ability to interface effectively across global regions and cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, high-urgency mindset
Ability to produce professional reports and presentations
Creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box
Willingness to travel 50% or more globally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
