Responsibilities
Supporting federal, state, and local compliance efforts (OSHA, employment regulations, documentation, reporting)
Coordinating workplace incidents and assisting with claims and return-to-work processes
Tracking and analyzing safety and risk-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Partnering with internal teams and outside vendors to support audits, reviews, and compliance needs
Serving as a resource for employees with HR- and safety-related questions
Assisting with onboarding support and HR system processing (ADP experience is a plus)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance, safety, or risk-related work
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with data, reports, and confidential information
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Experience supporting a field-based or operational workforce
