Customer Development Manager - Midwest or Southeast Region
Olin Group, LLC is a recognized leader in pollution control and combustion systems. They are seeking a Customer Development Manager to manage sales activities and foster collaboration across teams to drive business growth in the Midwest or Southeast regions.

Responsibilities
Promote CLIENT within all market sectors that CLIENT currently is active in or in development. Identify, find and develop potential projects in assigned areas
Management of the assigned Manufacturing Reps within the assigned area of responsibility. Establish a consistent/routine interface with the assigned Manufacturing Reps
Management of the entire selling and sales process within their area of responsibility
The full management of all Quotations assigned to the CD/RSM’s area of responsibility. Take ownership and be held accountable for the selling process
Promote and fully support the Aftermarket initiative
Promote and fully support all new CLIENT product entry into the marketplace
Total collaboration with the Application Engineering (AE) groups
Take directions from management as instructed
Qualification
Required
College Degree, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
5 years' minimum technical sales experience or technical experience with relevant
Air pollution control equipment knowledge and experience is a plus
Ancillary knowledge, i.e. boilers, fans, heat exchangers
Benefits
20% bonus target
2.5-12.5% defined contribution
