Service Delivery Manager
Indigo is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to enhance customer experience and oversee service performance. The role involves managing service delivery for enterprise clients, leading service governance, and fostering strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of service performance and elevate the customer experience
Act as the voice of the customer and lead the end-to-end delivery of operational services for a portfolio of enterprise clients
Drive service reviews, resolve challenges, and turn performance into measurable customer success
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, build strong customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across every service touchpoint
Lead service governance, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Manage a small team of Service Delivery Executives, providing leadership and coaching to maintain excellence in service support and reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in telecoms, networking, or digital infrastructure
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing service reviews
Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks (Foundation certification preferred)
