Responsibilities
Support all phases of case management, including drafting, filing, and serving legal documents in state and federal courts
Calendar deadlines, schedule court appearances (including remote appearances), depositions, and court reporters
Prepare hearing binders and assist attorneys with litigation logistics
Maintain and organize client and case files with accuracy and confidentiality
Communicate with clients by answering inquiries, providing routine updates, and serving as a Spanish/English interpreter as needed
Conduct legal research and basic data analysis in support of active matters
Qualification
Required
Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English
Prior experience working in a law firm or litigation-focused legal environment
Familiarity with civil litigation procedures; employment law or wage and hour exposure is a plus
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated with a high standard of ethical and professional conduct
