Office Support / Production
Sierra Pacific Industries is a fourth-generation family-owned company and one of the largest lumber and millwork producers in the United States. They are currently seeking an Office Support person to collaborate with the production department at their Windows division, focusing on processing and scheduling orders.

Responsibilities
Communicate, coordinate, and assist in processing orders for production
Schedule orders for production in one or more departments
Work with the Inside Sales and Service teams to ensure orders are correct prior to scheduling
Verify the accuracy of production drawings and compare the drawings to orders for custom products
Coordinate approved or necessary order changes with production
Coordinate the expediting or canceling of an order with production when required
Complete and manage assigned tasks in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated recent and relevant product/paperwork knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
High regard for accuracy
Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred
Prior or current knowledge of window quoting systems and AS400 is beneficial
