The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop, verify, and troubleshoot implantable devices and related electronics.

Responsibilities

Perform soldering, rework, and PCBA debugging

Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, etc.) for circuit testing and troubleshooting

Assist with RF communication and Bluetooth-related testing protocols

Set up and execute system-level validation and functional testing of devices

Support feature/function validation for implantable systems and external stimulators

Partner with external contract manufacturers and internal R&D teams for test setup and execution

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting based on test results

Work on tooling projects as needed: building, wiring, setting up, and modifying test tools and hardware

Support ongoing improvements to test methods and test documentation

Participate in the development and validation of next-gen chip technologies used in advanced therapies

Accurately record test procedures, results, and modifications

Contribute to the creation and refinement of test protocols and reports to support regulatory filings and internal quality processes
