Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor on strategy, growth, and value creation
Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting
Build scalable financial systems, controls, and KPIs appropriate for a multi-site services platform
Support bolt-on acquisition activity across financial diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance
Oversee cash management, working capital, and lender relationships
Support long-term growth initiatives and preparation for exit
Qualification
Required
Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a PE-backed services or IT services business
Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, contract economics, and service delivery margins
Track record supporting buy-and-build strategies, including acquisition integration
Experience professionalising finance functions in scaling, multi-location environments
Commercial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth, investor-backed setting
