Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day paid media execution and budget allocation across Meta (primary) and Google (expanding)
Driving full-funnel conversion improvements (lead → meeting → close)
Leading the creative testing and iteration engine that powers performance
Owning the Growth Experiment System: how the team plans, tests, documents, reports, and scales learnings
Building and maintaining tight feedback loops between paid media, sales, and revenue data to ensure lead quality and revenue outcomes stay aligned
Own Paid Media Performance & Budget Allocation (Signature Responsibility)
Lead paid media execution and strategic budget deployment across channels to drive consistent, scalable investor demand
Lead Full-Funnel Growth Optimization: Own conversion performance beyond the ad platform—from lead generation through closed deals
Own the Growth Experiment System: Build and run the structured experimentation engine that drives continuous improvement
Build a Predictable Creative Performance Engine: Own the creative performance loop that powers paid media outcomes
Own Lead Quality Feedback Loops with Sales: Ensure paid media success translates into actual revenue—not just leads
Support Partner and Ad Hoc Demand Gen Campaigns: Deploy and manage paid media campaigns that support Custom Capital’s broader partner ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Proven 7-Figure Paid Media Operator: You have multiple examples of managing and scaling seven-figure annual ad accounts with disciplined performance control
Growth-minded and full-funnel: You think beyond platform metrics and are obsessed with downstream conversion outcomes
Strong analytic brain: You live by the data, can read funnel dashboards quickly, spot issues, and make confident decisions based on signal—not noise
Creative + performance hybrid: You can translate performance data into creative strategy and work effectively with copywriters and designers to produce winners
System builder: You don't just run ads—you build repeatable systems for testing, learning, iteration, and scaling
Execution-first: You move fast, make decisions quickly, and don't need hand-holding
Agency experience preferred: You've worked in fast-paced environments where performance is everything and deadlines are real
