5+ years expEnerMech is seeking a Project Manager to join their Pipelines & Subsea business line in Houston. This role is responsible for the cross-functional delivery of international projects, ensuring efficient execution, on-time delivery, and commercial control.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with client HSE, Quality, and technical requirements
Develop and manage day-to-day project performance — including engineering schedule, cost control, invoicing, and forecasting
Manage client-specific objectives and KPIs to ensure targets are met and actions are completed
Lead internal and external reporting (weekly/monthly) with a focus on commercial accuracy, Estimates to Complete, and Earned Value techniques
Host planning, scheduling, and technical reviews to support offshore mobilization
Liaise frequently with EnerMech offshore/site crews regarding operations and maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing pipelines and subsea pre-commissioning projects (e.g., pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical's, dewatering)
Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage complex project schedules
Ability to proactively identify problems and offer practical solutions
5-10 years of Commercial/Technical Project Management experience
Preferred
Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical/project management qualification
Offshore and/or international project experience highly desirable
