Ensuring product specifications are met and ensuring the companies policies and procedures are followed and adhered to

Extreme attention to detail

Batch Record Review

Certificate of Analysis Review

Project management

Ability to clearly report facts and figures to upper management

Production of products meets company’s stringent quality standards from start to finish

Liaise with production and customer service departments to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and completed according to federal regulations

Activities will include point step process review

Materials review

Understanding of cGMPs and FDA regulations for Dietary Supplements

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures

Required

Three to five years experience in quality in the dietary supplement space

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years experience in quality in the dietary supplement space

Knowledge of GMPs and experience with nutraceuticals

Must demonstrate exceptional written and communication skills

Ability to follow instructions / directions

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Attention to details

Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently

Able to make decisions based on company guidelines

Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills are required

Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and maintain effectiveness during times of major changes in responsibilities

Demonstrate integrity and willingness to take personal responsibility for performance

Knowledge of Dietary Supplement GMPs

Experience in dietary supplement industry

Experience enforcing SOP and product specifications

Proficiency with all MS Office Suite programs – excel experience required

Strong mathematics skills required

English proficiency required
