Responsibilities

Manage preparation, review, and filing of all SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)

Ensure accuracy and integrity of disclosures in compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and SOX

Partner with Legal and business units to align financial disclosures across public documents

Monitor FASB and SEC changes; update policies and communicate impacts

Strengthen internal controls and support audit coordination

Lead, mentor, and develop a small team within the financial reporting function

Drive process improvements and reporting transformation initiatives

Participate in disclosure committee discussions and advise senior leadership
