Responsibilities

Create eye-catching designs that tell Power Design’s story and strengthen our brand across digital, print, social, and external communications. Adapt and evolve the visual style across various projects while staying true to our core brand identity

Jump into brainstorming, concepting, and creative exploration, bringing multiple design options, ideas, and directions to the table

Help research, plan, and design thoughtful creative solutions that support business goals and communication needs

Manage multiple projects at once, shifting priorities as needed while still hitting deadlines

Prepare files for print, production, and digital delivery so everything looks great and works as intended

Partner with teammates and internal stakeholders, taking feedback in stride and using it to level up your work

Design pieces that spotlight our teams, projects, campus events, jobsites, and company culture

Help maintain a clean, accessible library of brand assets, templates, and graphics

Qualification

Required

3+ years of graphic design experience (internships and relevant freelance work count!)

A strong portfolio of work samples is required and should showcase your creativity, design fundamentals, and range of projects

Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

A good understanding of basic print production and how to prep files correctly

A creative mindset with a willingness to explore, experiment, and iterate

Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on campus

A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that values integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
