10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI strategy roles
Proven expertise in AI strategy, operating models, and capability building
Strong solution design, implementation understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI (strategic view and hands-on development)
Demonstrated ability to align AI capabilities with business value and outcomes
Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated industries
Experience in gap analysis, capability maturity assessments, and roadmap design
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Prior experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large enterprises
