Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between IT, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders
Support invoice validation, reconciliation, and approval workflows
Manage vendor coordination, contract compliance, and service deliverables
Analyze technical and financial data to identify discrepancies and process improvements
Maintain documentation related to systems, vendors, and invoicing processes
Track service requests, work orders, and deliverables to ensure SLA adherence
Assist with reporting, audits, and regulatory documentation as required
Support system enhancements, UAT, and change management activities
Ensure adherence to SCE standards, security policies, and compliance requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, IT Analyst, or Business Systems role
Experience with invoicing, vendor management, or financial operations in an IT environment
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience working in utility, energy, or regulated enterprise environments
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Prior experience supporting IT contracts, procurement, or vendor governance
Understanding of compliance, audit, and control processes
