Responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced AI engineers to build and test features that use AI to summarize, extract, and analyze data from global-scale backup systems

Assist in developing, evaluating, and improving AI-powered workflows (e.g., document summarization, keyword extraction, vector search)

Participate in designing secure, tenant-aware interfaces for querying enterprise data using modern AI methodologies

Help define and run experiments to benchmark AI system quality (e.g., relevance, accuracy, reliability)

Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation for LLM-based assistants and tools

Document your work and share your findings with the team, supporting a culture of transparency and continuous learning

Join regular team meetings and cross-functional collaborations to see how your work fits into the bigger picture
