Responsibilities
Lead and execute the firm’s Request for Proposal (RFP) and strategic proposal efforts
Manage multi-practice and panel RFPs from intake to submission, coordinating timelines and stakeholders
Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop persuasive proposals
Maintain and enhance proposal content and leverage internal systems to track opportunities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Proposal Manager
Ability to lead and execute Request for Proposal (RFP) efforts
Experience in business development function
Skills in project management
Ability to craft compelling, client-focused materials
Experience managing multi-practice and panel RFPs from intake to submission
Ability to coordinate timelines and stakeholders
Experience collaborating with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Skills in developing persuasive proposals
Ability to maintain and enhance proposal content
