They are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts, build hiring capabilities, and support commercial leaders in a hybrid role based in New York.

Responsibilities
Owning end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level commercial lending and banking roles across the US
Acting as a senior partner to commercial leaders, providing market intelligence, hiring advice and challenge where needed
Coaching and enabling hiring managers who are early in their leadership journey, including interview training and process guidance
Helping to embed new recruitment infrastructure and data-driven hiring practices as systems and processes mature
Working closely with the global people leadership team, with a high degree of trust and autonomy
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years' experience as an in-house recruiter or talent partner in fintech, commercial banking, lending, or a closely related B2B financial services environment
Considerable exposure to hiring within SME, mid-market or commercial lending businesses
A track record of operating in fast-growth, under-structured environments where resilience and judgment matter
Confidence partnering with and coaching senior commercial leaders and executives
A delivery mindset, with clear ownership of outcomes rather than reliance on agencies or external partners
Enough banking literacy to speak credibly with commercial originators, while still being comfortable in a modern, tech-enabled organization
Experience building or improving hiring processes, manager enablement and recruitment infrastructure as organizations scale
