Mid-Market Sales Account Executive

The Mid-Market Account Executive will play a crucial role in building and executing the sales strategy, requiring a motivated individual with a strong background in sales to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the multifamily housing industry
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends
Work closely with the product team to communicate customer feedback and influence product development
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ranging from small property owners to large real estate firms
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our product and brand
Establish and implement sales processes and metrics to monitor and evaluate sales performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and effectively close deals
Strong understanding of the multifamily housing market and its key players
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed and grow the business

Preferred

Prior Multifamily or Revenue Management Sales or operating experience
