They are seeking a Project Manager to service multiple sales and house accounts, estimate projects, manage production processes, and ensure effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Service multiple sales and house accounts as assigned

Estimate projects - analyze specifications, determine optimal production, prepare preliminary layouts, work directly with vendors for pricing, create quote letters, manage filing system

Routinely review job cost sheets and refer to them for estimating future orders

Enter sales orders; Develop Bill of Materials (job materials, operations / production data) using Syteline

Purchase print - coordinate approvals and timing

Effectively communicate complete and accurate details to individual departments

Oversee manufacturing process from concept to final output - expediting

Facilitate approval process for die, instruction sheets, cartons, labels and shipping

Receive, respond and solve internal and external inquiries and /or complaints

Interact as liaison between sales team, customer, design & manufacturing

Maintain production schedule for individual jobs

Maintain highly organized, detailed records of specifications, estimate details and job information

Maintain a positive, cooperative, professional attitude toward customers, vendors and co-workers

Continually meet or exceed internal and external customer needs / expectations in quality and service

Maintain a good attendance record

Offer suggestions for problem solving, streamlining processes, etc

Offer assistance to less experienced employees on job duties / procedures as needs arise

Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor or Management
