Responsibilities

Own and lead omnichannel creative strategy across assigned brands, including briefing, planning, execution, and performance analysis of testable creative assets
Establish strategic direction for evergreen creative development, testing methodologies, and performance frameworks across accounts
Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives that articulate creative impact, learnings, and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Strategists, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support
Set quality standards and best practices for creative strategy outputs, testing rigor, and performance analysis
Review and guide team work to ensure strategic alignment, consistency, and high execution quality across accounts
Partner with leadership to support hiring, onboarding, and training of Creative Strategists as the department scales
Design and oversee creative testing roadmaps tailored to individual client goals and funnel stages
Map required creative output against dedicated testing budgets (typically 10–20% of total paid media spend)
Ensure testing plans are thoughtfully sequenced, well-resourced, and optimized to maximize learning velocity and performance impact
Guide holistic messaging strategies across the full customer journey, including paid media, landing pages, and lifecycle channels such as email
Lead deep-dive creative performance analysis using Motion and platform-level data to identify winning themes, hooks, formats, and messaging
Use consumer behavior insights to refine creative direction, addressing key friction points such as urgency, clarity, and conversion drivers
Produce agency-wide reporting and insights that highlight creative wins, trends by vertical, and strategic recommendations for media and creative deployment
Partner closely with Media, Creative Production, Growth, and Account teams to ensure messaging and creative strategy are integrated across multi-channel and omni-channel campaigns
Provide strategic input on launches, promotions, and key moments, shaping messaging, positioning, and offer strategy
Serve as a senior creative thought partner to internal teams and clients
Translate successful client-level strategies into scalable, teachable frameworks and processes for the broader organization
Develop and maintain SOPs for omnichannel creative strategy, testing, and analysis
Create and lead internal trainings, playbooks, and education initiatives to upskill the creative strategy team
Collaborate with department leaders to improve workflows, introduce new tools or technologies, and continuously evolve creative operations

Required

7+ years of experience developing and scaling digital creative strategy for performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social
Proven experience managing and mentoring team members in a creative or strategic function
Deep experience in Direct Response marketing and/or copywriting
Strong portfolio of digital work across CPG and eCommerce brands
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations
Hands-on experience using Motion for creative analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Experience collaborating closely with media buyers, video editors, designers, and developers
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting insights and recommendations to clients
Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and elevate the work of others
Comfort navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving initiatives forward independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for building strong teams and scalable creative systems

Previous experience as a media buyer preferred but not required
