Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Meet with stakeholders and application users
Capture meeting notes and gather business requirements
Document requirements for application builds
Partner with developers to explain business needs
Support testing, UAT, and training sessions
Create reports, documentation, and presentations
Help improve processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Business Analysis or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field
Strong Microsoft O365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Great documentation & organization skills
Comfortable talking to both technical and non-technical teams
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred
Experience in a corporate, technical, or healthcare environment
Exposure to Power BI, PowerApps, or Visio
Process improvement or process design experience
