Responsibilities

Supervises and trains employees

Conducts audits of procedures and methods to generate reports

Performs required daily calibration testing on all DWS units in the facility during hub downtime

Reviews calibration testing results and ensure all DWS units have passed testing before placing into production

Opens service orders with TSG or vendor on any DWS units that fail calibration testing

Follows up on all open and existing service orders

Retests all DWS units after they have been repaired

Performs required cleaning per schedule

Assists with annual acceptance testing

Qualification

Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle

The candidate must be experienced in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Ability to work in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment
