Responsibilities

Collaborate with Learning Design partners to measure impact to inform data-driven learning content design
Implement robust data quality and governance procedures, including data cleaning and validation techniques
Apply statistical and machine learning methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights in large datasets
Document methodologies, findings, and model performance, and present complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of findings and participate in team discussions to share insights

Required

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields
Programming skills with experience in SQL, Python, or R
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Power BI)
Proficiency in data cleaning/processing and analysis
Experience with applying ML models
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Preferred

Experience with learning analytics, including learning/performance evaluation strategy
Experience in RAG/Agent development
Experience with educational or medical data
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
