Responsibilities
Negotiating and developing business with new and current clients
Marketing services via video, telephone and in-person meetings
Recruiting, interviewing and matching highly skilled human resource professionals with clients’ projects
Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service
Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
Participating in local trade association and networking events
Qualification
Required
A business-related degree, ideally in human resources, business or communications
5+ years of professional experience
Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong relationship development and persuasive skills-at all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft office
Preferred
SHRM Certification or Masters Degree
HR or professional services experience preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus
