Responsibilities
Represent clients in removal proceedings and related immigration court matters
Handle SIJS proceedings in family court
Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda for immigration court, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and related agencies
Attend USCIS interviews and advocate on behalf of clients
Conduct legal research and develop creative, client-centered strategies
Manage multiple cases while maintaining strong communication and organizational practices
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
Both experienced and entry-level candidates will be considered
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters effectively
Demonstrated interest in handling complex and challenging immigration cases
Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
