Responsibilities

Manage and maintain applications, ensuring optimal performance and security

Coordinate patching & code deployments and work support troubleshooting tickets

Oversee the administration and support of Linux and Microsoft Windows systems, as well as IIS and Apache

Manage batch processing to ensure timely delivery of files and timely processing

Implement and monitor IT service management processes to ensure high availability and reliability

Utilize DynaTrace and Splunk for performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues

Develop and maintain documentation for IT services and processes
