Responsibilities

Review and prepare monthly financial statements for the organization as a whole

Review, prepare, and issue monthly statistical reports (such as provider productivity reports)

Review, prepare, and issue monthly program and department statements for program managers

Oversees the system of internal controls over Accounting functions to minimize risk

Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives

Prepare annual grant budgets and related filings to related government agencies

Review and reconcile federal grants to drawdowns, accruals and to the general ledger

Prepare and assist with year-end audit materials and annual IRS Form 5500

Reconcile cash accounts and credit cards

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required

8 or more years of experience in accounting or finance related areas

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, and Paycom
