Responsibilities

Ensure prompt and effective support for client activities, including program reports, rebates, contract renewals, and workflows with external partners

Facilitate internal and external communication to address inquiries and promote knowledge sharing for the successful execution of services and programs

Manage client and broker escalations, maintaining regular meetings to ensure their needs are met

Implement plan changes within the CRM system

Complete referrals for external prior authorization requests

Assist clients with invoicing-related activities, including billing, payment processing, and data needs to support ongoing services and operational efficiencies. Knowledge of medical billing aspects, including J/HPCPs codes, is a plus

Build and maintain relationships with teammates across all organizational levels

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, healthcare, or related field required
