Responsibilities
Execute on File Transfer Management to seamlessly integrate new clients in the pharma space
Create maps to convert file feeds into the required format
Maintain high standards around security and compliance
Be comfortable with collaboration and stakeholder management and leverage exceptional communication skills to work cross functionally with Identity Access Management, File Transfer Implementation and other IT teams
Manage incident response and troubleshooting proactively
Develop Workflows for secure and automated file transfers
Monitoring and performance optimization of MFT platforms
Qualification
Required
5 + years of experience as a software engineer focused in file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, AS2, NDM. Etc
4 + years of experience in IBM Transformation Extender and Sterling Integrator mapping tools
3 + years of experience with scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or others for automation and customization
2+ years of experience in encryption techniques, digital signatures, SSL/TLS, SSH, and other security mechanisms
1+ years of experience applying network fundamentals including IP addressing, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
1+ years of experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux/Unix, and potentially mainframe environments
1+ years of experience with Secure Transport & Sterling Integrator or any other MFT tools
1+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure & GCP) and knowledge of MFT solutions that integrate with cloud services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Strongly prefer past experience managing both others on team or manage stakeholder relationships across functions
Experience with Secure Transport, ServiceNow & IBM Transformation Extender, & Sterling Integrator tools
Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux/Unix, and potentially mainframe environments
Understanding of databases and SQL queries for integrating MFT solutions with databases and generating reports
Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) & Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
