Utilize online platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to manage high-volume candidate flow
Conduct thorough phone screenings to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and job requirements
Collaborate with teammates to consistently achieve record-breaking hiring results
