Commercial Implementation Specialist II
First Financial Bank is seeking a Commercial Implementation Specialist II to join their team. The role involves implementing and maintaining various Treasury Management products, providing support to sales staff, and ensuring accurate documentation and operations of business services. Responsibilities
Performs complex tasks to support the Commercial Implementation group
Responsible for new implementation request and a backup to maintenance requests
Medium to high skill set; May be called upon to mentor a new Associate
Handles escalated issues and Resolution needs
Determines Level 3 Escalation, if necessary
Ability to multitask
May be a backup to a Commercial Operations Specialist III
Provides telephone and email support for stated business products to Sales Staff and Branch Employees
Works to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of business services, systems and products
Implementation to include document fulfillment (client facing documentation including, but not limited to signature documents, various agreements, and online banking setups)
Ensures that all customer paperwork is accurately transmitted to core operating system and that standard operating procedures are followed including providing quality reviews for other Commercial Implementation Specialists’ implementations and Sales Support staff’s documentation submissions
Admin Duties (i.e. reporting, escalation of issues)
Level 2 Issue research and resolution
Oversees the daily operations of stated business products, includes manuals, fees, etc. to staff as needed
Responsible for composing and providing documentation, forms, and manuals to business clients and sales staff as needed
Responsible for the setup, documentation, and monitoring of Commercial Sweep Accounts and Commercial Web Pay
Monitors overall product for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Participates in problem solving to help address unique customer situations
Prepares a variety of reports; maintains logs, lists, and records; and maintains customer contact data and information
Balancing & reconciliation of accounts
May be asked to participate in special projects (i.e. conversion, release, disaster recovery, system upgrades)
Participates in acquisitions conversions or de-conversions as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 years minimum prior Banking Operations / Banking Center, or Teller experience
3 years minimum Customer Service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of appropriate banking software (i.e. Jack Henry)
Intermediate knowledge of Word & Excel
