Jr Sales Development Representative
PracticeSuite, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Jr Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their sales organization. The primary focus of this role is outbound outreach and scheduling product demonstrations for Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and other approved communication channels
Identify and qualify decision-makers within medical practices and healthcare organizations
Educate prospects on PracticeSuite’s solutions and value proposition at a high level
Schedule qualified product demonstrations and meetings for Sales Executives
Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and demo-setting targets
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
Follow established sales scripts, workflows, and qualification criteria while continuously improving outreach effectiveness
Stay informed on PracticeSuite’s product offerings, healthcare industry trends, and competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
Ability to engage prospects professionally and confidently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in sales
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Persuasive and consultative communication style
Time management and goal-oriented mindset
Resilience and ability to handle objections
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred
