Responsibilities
Process Claims: Ensure that clients' claims are handled efficiently by investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling different claims on behalf of your clients
Basics of Full-Time Role: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities and tasks involved in a full-time client service role in your specified division
Client Interaction: Build relationships with clients through friendly interaction, timely execution of requests, and close attention to detail
Tackle and Solve Client’s Biggest Challenges: Work closely with clients and C&B team members to identify and address pressing issues by developing strategic solutions, while also collaborating to implement tailored client management strategies
Networking: Build connections with clients, industry professionals, and fellow interns through networking events and social activities
Qualification
Required
History of academic and/or extracurricular excellence
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
