Responsibilities

Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
Supervises building maintenance staff
Performs checks and actively maintains a safe environment for public guests and employees
Monitors facility equipment
Monitors supply levels and purchases supplies as needed
Performs preventative building maintenance
Provides event and program set-up
Performs custodial duties to ensure cleanliness of the facility
Performs related work as required

Required

Four years of experience performing skilled building maintenance work including the repair and maintenance of building systems; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
