This role involves processing and reviewing subrogation claims and coordinating with collection agencies while ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assigned inventory of subrogation files with recovery
Maintains a monthly diary on cadence, aligned to department service expectations and schedules; follows up to ensure timely payment
Processes recoveries into various claims systems to ensure the recovery dollars are applied to appropriate claims file
Works with collections agencies when appropriate to collect from at-fault parties and records details in claims file
Uses technology and resources, as needed, to complete investigation
Responds to clients' questions timely and professionally
Approves and/or pays bills as appropriate
Prepares various type status reports for clients
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Two (2) years of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to meet or exceed Service Expectations
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position
