FlightSafety International is the world’s premier professional aviation training company and supplier of flight simulators. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for managing product pricing in the finance system, ensuring accuracy and conformity with established pricing rules.

Responsibilities

Review training agreements and sales contracts for conformity with established pricing

Follow established pricing rules to enter contractually agreed upon retail rates into SAP for all sales contracts

Sustain customer contracts, including amendments and newly negotiated pricing terms or amounts

After review and audit, enter all retail rates and maintain appropriate increases

Exercise control and discretion for data entered in the corporate pricing system

Handle special pricing for OEM contracts and escalations

Handle all price escalation for opportunities that are CPI and non-CPI relevant

Manage all CPI contractual increases and enter all CPI increases that don’t follow standard processes

Responsible for understanding and interpreting all sim leases to ensure pricing is accurate in the system

Handle any additional special pricing and projects as needed

Required

5 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis, including review of customer contracts, sales terms, and/or financial data in an analytical role

Intermediate to high level of Microsoft Excels required, namely VLOOKUP, pivot tables and other relevant formulas

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong verbal and written presentation skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile data and analyze variances

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner

Maintain and develop strong productive relationships with various intercompany teams

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred

Experience in documenting workflows and new processes within a financial team

Knowledge in sales contracts, pricing and escalations

Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar ERP is a plus

Travel when required
