Responsibilities
Boundary, construction, ALTA, and topographic surveys
Collect and organize field data using Trimble GPS, total stations, and data collectors
Prepare sketches, field notes, and project documentation
Communicate project status and issues with office staff and clients
Maintain professional working relationships with clients and coworkers
Adhere to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance standards
Additional duties, as assigned and relevant to the position
Qualification
Required
Experience leading survey crews
Proficiency with Trimble GPS, total stations, and data collection systems
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varied conditions
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Strong judgment, professionalism, and independence
Preferred
Experience with construction staking and layout
Strong problem-solving ability in the field
Experience using survey software for data processing or drafting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and contractors
