Responsibilities

Own the creative process and sell ideas to clients
Execute projects that exceed client expectations
Participate in creative leadership in pitches and presentations
Lead a team of art directors or copywriters in an agency setting
Activate key creative resources as needed, both internal and external
Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and manage time effectively
Show initiative as the creative lead on brands
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to elevate projects
Demonstrate a passion for creating award-winning creative output
Share examples of collaboration with clients and project execution

Required

At least 5 years of experience as an Associate Creative Director in an HCP centric agency or equivalent business
Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare
At least 2 years of management experience overseeing at least 2-10 junior creatives
A strong portfolio showcasing innovative thinking in a wide range of tactics and award-winning work
At least 7 years leading brands, creative teams, and creative project oversight
Confidence in owning the creative process, selling ideas to clients, and executing in a manner that exceeds client expectations
Strong client-facing skills
Time and self-management skills
Ability to work independently and show initiative in being the creative lead on brands
Strong working relationship with creative partners
Passion and active drive to concept and execute award-winning creative output
Strong understanding of the medical communications business
Ability to partner with clients, account, and scientific team members to elevate projects
Strong leadership skills across creative and brand teams
Ability to share examples of collaboration with clients and execution of projects
Deep knowledge on several therapeutic areas
Professional attitude and strong representation of Omnicom Health in front of clients
BA or MA in English, Journalism, Advertising, or equivalent experience
Positive thinker and collaborative team member
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to overcome challenging requirements and demonstrate creativity and innovation
Well organized with an ability to work efficiently with remote teams
Effective communication skills in person, over videoconference, teleconference, and email communication
