Growth Lead
BeHeard Labs is focused on redefining customer and market insights through AI technology. As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and owning the go-to-market strategy, managing customer programs, and defining key growth metrics to drive the company's growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build the growth motion end-to-end — from early experiments to scalable systems, funnels, and repeatable GTM motions
Own GTM sprints across content, outbound, demand gen, partnerships, and PLG loops
Manage early customer programs — high-value betas, onboarding flows, activation, and feedback loops
Collaborate tightly with product & engineering to shape conversion features, viral loops, integrations, and in-product upsell
Define and own key growth metrics — dashboards, reporting, and weekly experiments
Tell the BeHeard story through compelling, research-backed content and creative distribution
Operate fast — ship weekly, test constantly, and double down on what works
Qualification
Required
2-5 years in growth, GTM, or product marketing at a modern SaaS, AI, or martech startup
Proven success launching or scaling a product — bonus points if you've taken something from private beta → paying customers
Strategic + scrappy — equally comfortable building frameworks and doing hands-on execution
Deep product and user intuition, especially around marketer and product-led workflows
Execution-first operator who values speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes
Preferred
Bonus: ex-founder or early operator who's built and owned a GTM engine before
