Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive Corporate QA program from the ground up
Customize and manage an ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS) for corporate departments
Lead CAPA programs to identify, document, and resolve systemic issues in Engineering, HR, and Accounting
Perform internal audits to ensure departmental compliance with established quality standards
Develop quality plans for specific large-scale projects, including civil, concrete, and renewable energy sectors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
Proven track record in implementing or managing ISO 9001 or similar QMS frameworks
Expertise in CAPA management and root-cause analysis methodologies
Strong internal auditing skills with the ability to provide data-driven feedback to leadership
Preferred
Background in construction quality
