Alexander Wang LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for their E-Commerce division to drive sprint planning, roadmap execution, and platform initiatives within the IT organization. This role will bridge engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver complex technology projects and will report to the VP of Technology.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps including data, system integrations, and roadmap
Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment phases with strong attention to risk management and rollback strategies
Own sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination across the eCommerce technical team
Facilitate agile and drive sprint discipline aligned with business priorities
Track sprint performance and ensure visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and digital commerce teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Translate business requirements into technical tasks and integration stories
Manage communications between IT and business units to ensure alignment on goals and milestones
Implement project governance, documentation, and reporting for all eCommerce initiatives
Coordinate integrations across ERP, OMS, CRM, POS and analytics systems
Support continuous improvement of agile workflows and release management practices

Required

5+ years in IT or digital project management, preferably supporting eCommerce or omnichannel environments
Technical Acumen: Understanding of eCommerce architectures, APIs, data flows, and integrations
Strong technical understanding of eCommerce systems, integrations, and digital operations workflows
Proven experience managing agile teams using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite/hybrid at our NY office

Preferred

Experience with retail or fashion industry systems and omnichannel commerce processes
