Responsibilities

Promote AT&T’s products by matching customers with cell phones and wireless devices that fit their needs and lifestyle
Highlight product features, service plans, and promotions to ensure customers understand the value of AT&T’s wireless solutions
Achieve and exceed sales goals by driving daily, weekly, and monthly performance across AT&T’s offerings
Maintain standards through merchandising, inventory support, and keeping the store organized in line with AT&T guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to share insights, align strategies, and deliver consistent experiences across AT&T sales campaigns
Develop expertise through training in product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques focused on AT&T cell phones and wireless devices

Required
